What happens if a legitimate message is blocked?
If a legitimate message is blocked, you can log into the eWrite Forms user panel and view all the items that have come from your forms. You can release any legitimate messages and they will not be blocked again.
Are blocked messages deleted?
Not at first. Spam messages are stored for a short period which allows you to log in and view the activity from your form and release any legitimate messages. This allows gives us more spam to learn from.
